RIZUMI - Resistance Band - Elasticband

This stretch band is a great tool for stretching and assisting in obtaining maximum flexibility.
Great for muscle strengthening.
Item is grey in colour with white/pink/turquoise numbers and diagrams as a guide on how to use the band.
Each end has a loop to insert feet or hands to enable the stretch to be controlled as well as every 10cm to allow you to gradually work up to your desired level.
There are 14 different diagrams printed on the resistance band to guide you through a routine or work out.
Great for all ages and gymnastics genres Rhythmic, WAG, Acro, Aerobics, Yoga or even the elderly.

I purchased this for myself as working from home I thought I would keep up my fitness with stretching. Have various leg holders for different exercises and lengths. The pictures on the elastic are great for inspiration. Recommend to adults as well as children.
