Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy
You may return new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or faulty product (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within one week of us receiving your item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner, depending on the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the World.

 

Australia

We offer a no fuss flat rate on all purchases with in Australia of $10.00 This includes registered post with Australia Post.  This fee is fixed regardless of how big or small your order is.  The flat fee offers you peace of mind in knowing what your postage cost will be. 

Arrival of your item varies in accordance with your postal code. Generally, Capital Cities may take 2-3 business days whilst Regional Areas may be 3-4 business days.   

Should you not receive your items within 5 business days, it may be that your local post office may be holding it on your behalf, as a signature is required for delivery.


International

We now offer flat rate shipping to New Zealand of $15.00 for Express Courier.

We now offer flat rate shipping to United states of $30.00 for Express Courier. As well as our standard shipping prices. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs based on the options you choose. International shipping will always be at cost. With no charge for packaging. You can find your shipping cost before you make your purchase in the view cart tab located at the top of the page. You will be given the choice of Regular Air mail or Registered post International. If you choose regular air mail we can not be held responsible for any missing or undelivered mail. However we will do our best to provide any information to assist in its recovery. 


Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. 
To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.

 

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any Duties and import taxes if necessary.  The following link provided is to be used as a guide only and for exact or up to date calculations please refer to your local government authority.

Dispatch 

Orders finalised with full payment before 3pm AEST will be shipped that same business day.  After 3pm, orders will be shipped the next business day provided payment is confirmed. You will receive an email once your order has been sent.

 

Toe Shoes - Exchange

We understand the importance and difficulty in selecting the correct toe shoe.  For this reason we have provided you with our up to date toe shoe size chart to assist you in your selection and our conditional return policy. 

If after receiving your order your toe shoe does not fit to your liking, we are happy to exchange sizes for any unused toe shoes returned to us in their original condition.

Please return your item to us with a self addressed post paid envelope and your new requested size. In most cases we will process and post your exchange the same day we receive your return.
